Got out the door at 9:31 p.m. after the Steeler-Raven game. I’m pretty happy because I was debating whether to drink for the game or run after or run at all. I decided not to drink (but did drink Diet Cherry Coke) and not to run, but then I thought who cares and I went.
I was breathing hard right from the start up the hill and that continued for the most part for my nine laps on the cement “track” at the park. Like I thought, there were tons of rabbits out and that was about it. A nice, easy and quite run in the dark.
