Ran 5K race in 17:11, a third PR for the weekend. I'm happy, but Big John beat me. I would have beat them if there were 10 more meters. I felt relaxed for most of the race, but too relaxed at times. My splits are below:
* 400 - (39), 1:22, 1:19, 1:21, 1:22, 1:24, 1:24, 1:25, 1:25, 1:25, 1:27, 1:24, 1:24 and 1:14
* 1K - 3:20
* 3K - 10:16
* Est. Mile - 5:22, 5:36 (10:58) & 5:36 (16:34)
