Ran the 5K race in 16:37.66, good enough for 14th of 20 (2 DNF, 1 DQ). So actually like 14 of 18. I am somewhat happy, but I was hoping to go a bit faster. I should have stayed with the pack ahead of me. I felt like I had a lot left when I finished, like I didn't go hard enough or something. It felt like I didn't even run when I finished it. I wore my new track spikes and got some serious blisters. I am really confident for next weekend at SUNYACS. My splits were as follows:
* 400 - 1:14, 1:16, 1:18, 1:23 (5:11), 1:21, 1:21, 1:22, 1:21 (5:25), 1:24, 1:22, 1:23, 1:15 (5:24) & 37
* 800 - 2:30, 2:41 (5:11), 2:42, 2:43 (5:25), 2:46, 2:38 (5:24) & 37
* 1,600 - 5:11, 5:25, 5:24 & 37
* 2,000 - 6:32
* 3,000 - 9:56
* 4,000 - 13:22
