Ran 2:07.1 for my leg. I am very happy. I ran against Dan Hager of the "mid-distance" team. We (the distance team) ran 8:29.3 and the mid-distance team ran 8:38.19. I went out relaxed for the 400 (61.8) and picked it up with 300 meters left. I opened up my stride and kicked hard with 200 left. My second 400 was 65.3, I am real happy considering my open PR is 2:08.6. I would have PR's in the open 800 today for sure. My mouth was real dry the whole race. Steeple and 5K tomorrow. Yippee!
