Ran the race in 4:34.20. I'm very happy considering I haven't run that much, let alone any workouts. I was second in my heat and 14th of 26 overall. Sander won his heat in 4:26 and was seventh of 26. I took the lead with 5 1/2 laps left and held it until I was passed with about 180 meters left. I probably could have kicked harder, but I was beat. Happy overall.
