Felt real good today. Just took it easy the whole run. Picked it up at the end from just before the 3-mile mark. Then I saw a slow runner ahead of me that I had to blow by at a blistering 7:00 pace. The funny thing, that is blistering for me right now. The passion is slowly coming back though. Splits were unofficially 7:24.67, 14:59.83 (2), 7:05.57 and 7:00.15.
