Ran faster than yesterday. Ran the first 40 minutes with Rich and then added some around the parking lot to make at least 5.5. We ran some of the Pre trails. We ran on the pavement, though, and never saw the bark trails. Maybe they paved it over? Still felt like shit and it was pretty hot out.
