---Tough loop after a soda, three beers and no water.---

I was happy to get out and run today. I could have easily called it a day and not run after going to a late lunch with some work colleagues, having a cheeseburger, fries/tator tots, three beers and no water (after a soda earlier in the day). But I got home and tried to hurry up and get out quick before I changed my mind.

I didn’t feel so hot and it certainly felt warmer than 61-63 degrees. I just slogged through the loop. I stopped on top of the hill around 2.02 miles and took a quick break. That was my only stop as I made it up the hill at the end of the loop with a pretty big struggle.

Will try for a shorter loop tomorrow to make 20 for the week in five runs.
