Notes
Went out too fast but managed to get through the run. Ran the loop in a 10-second PR (Oct. 31) and 1:04 faster than five days ago. It probably wasn't smart because I'm in horrible shape right now. I was starting to get in some kind of shape three or so weeks ago, but 2 and 1/2 weeks off will change that. Lets see if I can keep after it.
