Felt ok at times and shitty at times. I definitely made it harder then it had to be. My legs were pretty sore most of the run but felt a bit better the last 2.5 miles or so. Ran the 6.1-mile Morena Loop in 43:11.69 (7:04.8 pace) with the first three at 7:10 pace and the last 3.1 at 6:59 pace. Then ran the 1.03-mile Big Block at 6:59.7 pace and the 0.51-mile Small Block at 6:53 pace.
