Notes
Felt pretty shitty from the first step through about eight miles. Felt the best the last 1.45 miles, which I'm happy about. Longest run since mid-January. It felt a bit hotter than 69 degrees, but definitely not as bad Fresno. Not much else to say. I'm happy to get my long run out of the way.
