Notes
---Short run on a fat body. Dry-heaved at the end, I guess that's what happens after a week off.---
First run in eight days and I really don’t have an excuse. My lower back (right side) was hurting because of some kind of strain I got picking a box up, but I could have run. Just pathetic.
Anyway, it was a rough one. I was breathing hard the whole time and died a pretty hard death after a 7:10 first mile (downhill). I even dry-heaved once I finished. I need to get back into this full swing since I weighed in at 184.8 before the run, my fattest since April 26 when I weighed 185.2.
All together I'm happy because I came up with a million excuses not to run and I finally just got out there and went.
