Felt ok today, especially in the beginning. It was the best I have felt in my four days back. It could be that I was announcing at the Aztec Cross Country Invitational all morning and that got me going a bit, but I think it was more the day off yesterday. Another good thing was the Nike Plus finally got close. I gave up on the strap again and taped the thing to the bottom of my shoelaces. I did the same thing yesterday, but it seemed to work better today. I usually have this loop at 4.17 and today it said 4.20 (99.3% accurate). The best part was that it was 2.10 out and 2.10 back. I'm a bit excited about this because this has been a work in progress getting this thing right. I still am not convinced and won't trust to run on loops that haven't been measured yet. Went out in 15:20 (7:18.1) and back in 16:05 (7:39.5).
