Got out to the lakefront today. Felt pretty good. I was up by NAB, where it's still snowy/icy/slushy.
My legs are tired today. I'm not sure why. Also achy on the top of my quad, almost my a hip thing...we'll see how that goes. Good to be outside. Saw a raccoon in the park. Hum.
