Notes
Well i got a lot of sleep yesterday (17 of the 24 hrs), and felt better this morning. Still have a bit of a lingering cough, but otherwise ok.
Sunday is looking a little bleak. I figured, if i don't get out for a couple today, tomorrow, and feel near 100% on Friday, then i'm going to have to skip on Xenia. That would be sad, but the 50k could always be a back-up.
Felt good today, hope the cough is gone soon.
