Notes
Got out of work late. Went for an easy 5 around the park. It was hot, but not too bad tonight. Nice little breeze part of the time. Uneventful run. Took the first pair of Asics trail out again. They've still got some nice cushion to them, and feel nice.
Didn't do push ups yesterday, so i did them tonight. (w3d2: 27, 19, 19, 15, 32)
