Waited for the sun to lower and the temperature to drop below 90F. It was 89F as I started my run, with dew point of 72. Surprisingly, this run felt great! I took a relaxed pace, and the breeze helped. The pace wasn't much slower than Tuesday's race; some splits were actually faster.
