2nd run today, after this morning's race and pushing Wendi in the wheelchair around Henry Vilas Zoo. I took it easy, and it felt great; the strange part is the pace, which was less than half a minute per mile slower than the 5K race! But I was already "warmed up," there were fewer hills, and the relative humidity was much lower on this run. That said, I see lots of hill training in my future.
Splits: 8:49, 8:57, 8:56, 8:39, 6:11 (8:35/mile).
At finish: 156/20.
