Intervals: 5min/1min, then 4m/1m (9x), then 5m/1m, then run to finish.
Took the runs very slow. Right hip was grinding quite a bit, but little or no pain.
Legs felt a bit weak too, probably due to yesterday's lifting.
Pulse/resp at finish: 156/22, indicating heart/lungs are doing well.
GPS gave me 5.08 miles; I corrected it to course length.
