Summary: Peaceful Sunday morning walk. Minimal discomfort, mainly in the left knee. Humidity was pretty intense though.
Route: Delavan Drive Loop: Van Buren to Franklin to Ice Age Trail, exit to Delavan Drive, west to Center Ave, then home.
Weather: Mostly cloudy, calm, high humidity, 76°.
Pulse/resp at finish: 96/14. I don't normally check on walks.
