Just a slow 7-miler to finish a record month: 129.28 miles running! Add to that 48.11 biking and 5.02 walking... yeah, a lot of miles. ~ I saw a young deer on the bike path, in the city during the first mile. He was right next to me, five meters off the path, before gracefully bounding off into the woods. It was another beautiful morning.
Breathing was easy, but I felt sore in the legs, hips, glutes, even the shoulders and neck, so I took it plenty slow.
Mile splits: 9:06, 9:11, 9:19, 9:17, 9:18, 9:16, 9:13.
At turnaround: 32:17 - return portion 32:23.
At finish: 144/18.
