Easy run. Did leg lifts yesterday and felt fine today; first time for that. Ran strong despite the wind, though the last hill did slow me down.
This brings me to 21.1 miles for this calendar week; the last week over 20 miles was the week beginning 7/23/2017 (22.9 miles), and before that, 6/4/2017 (22.7); this is going back through all of 2017.
