Notes
Day 31: First double-digit miles since my half-marathon on April 19! It started out mostly clear but quickly clouded up. Temp was about 67° but the humidity was 94% - there was fog along Wuthering Hills Drive. I paced it slow and steady and finished nicely. ~ There were quite a few bikers out this morning, a few walkers, and five other runners. One guy was really moving it; one probably about my pace, two larger men somewhat slower, and one elderly lady was rocking her slower miles! I said hi to her, but she didn't hear me over her music. Too bad, because she inspired me; I hope I can keep running until I'm that age!
