Nice hill run on TM at the Senior Center.
Mile 1: Warmup, 2% incline (my usual level)
Mile 2: 0.1 mile each at 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8% with 0.1 mile rest (2%) after each hill.
Mile 3: Same thing in reverse: 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 4%
Kept speed to 6.2 on the 8%'s which is a personal best.
Mile splits: 8:54, 9:06, 9:20.
At finish: HR 156, resp 20.
