The run was tough! It was so hot! 90 is an estimate, but it may have actually been hotter. It got up to 102 today! The run was hilly. I went out too fast, running under 8:00 for the first mile. I slowed a lot the 2nd mile, then I picked it up a bit in the last mile. Faster than last year, but not the 9:00/mile I was hoping for.
