Much higher effort than in the past -- I was really tired near the end, though.

In zone (above 145) 37:00

I tried to keep my HR above 150 during all the sets, but it dropped to the 130s during the rest time. It was getting up to 170 now and then, and many times it hit 160 near the end of a set.
