Good run working on form -- keeping knees high -- big difference!!!
Splits -- 10:28, 10:14, 10:17, 11:34 (uphill), 10:16
WOW!!! HR stayed down even at 10:15/mile! I'm really improving, and keeping knees higher helps A LOT!
I plan to do some high knee and skipping drills to get more efficient.
