The last interval was really hard. Times are estimated, but the last 4 intervals were pretty much all run the same (8:12/mile).
My HR reached 194 on the last interval. My max was actually reached on my very first interval. It was pretty high for the first 2, then it came way down into the 180s and inched back up on the last couple intervals. Overall, a good workout.
TM Interval settings: jog 4.1 mph, run 7.3 mph
