First intervals in a while. Was aiming for 7:30/mi, but GPS measured a bit long, so I was slower than it showed. Should be running 800s in about 3:44. It was SUPER humid, though, so I didn't quite make it through all 4 -- cut the last one in half. I walked the straightaway after each interval, then ran the last 3/4 lap slowly. HR wasn't coming down as quickly near the end because I was just getting hot and humidity didn't help me cool down.
