Ran at Lakefront with Garth. We got moving pretty good. Last 4 miles were 6:09, 5:59, 5:50, 5:50. Garth got me on the last mile though, he dipped down to a 5:30 and I pulled back. In my defense, I had to poop.
Okay run though. Confidence builder though running 12 miles at that pace.
