Another hot one... With Garth. Neither of us felt great. Not a good route for a day when we should have sought shade.
Fine pace, but just feel tired... It's either the morning or the heat. I'm not sure. Tomorrow he invited me to run with his high school kids in the morning from Wisco. I think I'll do that. They shouldn't move faster than 7 min pace so I'll be able make myself take a slower day just to relax and recover a bit.
