first time doing CI's, awesome workout, so cool, really different than anything we'd ever done, pretty much altevoght gave a time based on fastest long ppm, try to run the 400's in that time, at end you keep running to recover, run for 3-4 minutes-ish, then check for heart rate, if its under 120 start next 400, double recovery after each set of four, really cool workout, didn't quite know what to expect, alto's times computed to 73 seconds per 400 for me, first set of four i was with aaron and jacob, first one was fast of course, had to figure out the pacing, got into groove, felt the rhythm, after the first set alto told me to get less rest, was going about 3:15, took it down to about 2:50, hard workout but really good, can't wait to keep doing it, get the rest times right, make it how its supposed to go, really happy tho, it was weird but awesome being the only ones on the track with me, jacob, aaron, and alto, it was funny because everyone wanted to know what it was like, choog was at the track, connor, coleman, and elliott stopped by, can't wait to do more and more and get faster and faster
