best set of CI's i've done, such a good workout, really happy with way i was pacing, most times were -1's and 0's, probably ran by watch more than feel, don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing, didn't look at time at 100m, at 200m tried to hit 36s, would hit 300m at 58-59s, and would have to work a little down the homestretch to hit 1:13, not too bad though, definitely could run more consistent, an awesome pre-spring break workout, really pumped to keep getting better
