Enjoyment: 5 - I enjoyed it, in the sense of completing it, but the sprints were TOUGH!
Experience: 6 - Good weather, a bit too hot/humid for intervals though.
Effort: 9 - The 10 seconds killed my energy, the 20 seconds was harsh, the 30 seconds was a nice recovery.
Pain: 2 - Only in terms of kicking my lungs ass!
