ASICS Gel-Kayano 11 (#2)
Inside left quad seemed strained after 45 min. Probably not hydrated enuf - no food or drink all day until a sip of water at 5 PM. Saw 2 deer feeding next to the creek trail, stopped and watched for a couple min up close.
