Notes

I had originally planned on doing 7. It was really nasty out, so I changed that to 5. I wasn't really feeling it on the run though. My right achilles/ankle was pretty sore, so I cut it down to 4. I'm planning on stretching out my calf and foam rolling this afternoon. Hopefully it'll be back to normal by Monday.
