just a little shakeout run. today's schedule was insanely busy, so I just got in what run I could. hip is still bothering me a little. not as severe pain but it's still getting inflamed after 30-50 minutes of running. might be taking some anti-inflammatories later on tonight to see if they help. stretching doesn't seem to be doing too much just yet
