Notes

Had it in mind to do a 1/2 mile warmup and run approx 6:45 for the last 6.5 miles. I got about 2 miles in and just wasn't feeling it. The first 2 miles were like 13:20, so that's 6:40 pace. It just felt way too hard, so I backed off. I ran around 7:00 pace for the rest of the run. It felt a little bit rough. Didn't sleep good last night. That's probably some of it. I also spent a lot of time outside yesterday. I definitely need to focus on being better hydrated now that it's getting so hot again.
