Notes

Felt ok. My legs felt weird on my first day back running. Left hip was really tight. I was kind of afraid that I'd end up pinching a nerve again, but it seems to be ok now. My patellar tendonitis is still questionable. It doesn't feel fully healed but it does feel less inflamed than it had been. I guess we'll see what happens. Overall I don't think the 10 days off really had that much of an effect on it. I guess I'll give it another week or so of running, and if it's not any better or getting worse, I'll just have to go to the doctor.
