Notes

Not really sure on the time. I forgot my watch. I'm pretty sure I was close to 8 miles though. I did 5 strides around the 4 mile mark. Just jogged for recovery until I felt ready for the next one. I didn't take very long recoveries, but I did feel really good on the strides. Felt pretty quick.
