Notes

Was very tired before and after class. Only walked the warm up at class while talking about barefoot running. Class was a set of dead lifts, pushups, and toe lifts (toes into the air while hanging on a pullup bar), while running up stairs to the pullup bars. 10x as fast as possible. I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow! Started feeling better on the way home, so ran the hills by the house. Forced myself to pickup the speed on both inclines.
