Notes

Ran 4 out of 5 10k loops. I had forgotten how steep and technical this loop was. Felt really good on the first 3 loops, but on the forth my quads completely stopped working. On that last loop I was able to power hike the hills, but the downhill was just too technical (lots of big rocks - rock garden) to manage with non functioning quads. I was able to run the last stretch to the finish, which was flatter and groomed. LESSON - two months of flat running WILL completely zap all your hill running and climbing strength! Need to find a good substitute in Chicago!
