Notes

Switched the Saturday and Sunday runs so I could meet the local trail club for their long run. On crushed gravel, flat. Felt fine until last 6 miles or so - very tight hamstring and glute. Stopped once or twice to stretch but was able to finish strong. But knee issue felt fine during the run (still just a little tight when not running but otherwise making big improvements).
