After boilermaker evening realize a small red rash on hips, just itchy. By Monday afternoon it was clearly more poison ivy. After some research I think it is an autoimmune response - a derivative of the toxin from poison ivy got into my blood stream and the hip area, right around where my shorts lie, became irritated from the Boilermaker and the rash appeared there. Tried baking soda scrub followed by apple cider vinegar, then the expensive Zanfel (?) wash from Walgreens, ivy dry, and nothing seems to be working.
