Notes

After walking warmup. Run 9 minutes, walk 1 minute. This felt really good today. This was slower than I wished, as I wanted to be around 2:15 or so, but I did not feel the total exhaustion that I did on my 12 mile run last weekend. I actually felt like I could have done more. Days like today make me think that I will actually be able to do the marathon this fall.
