Notes
After walking warmup. Run 13 minutes, walk 1 minute. This run didn't feel as fast as the last 2 nights, but it was twice the distance. I was still pleased to be able to cover this distance at under 10 minute miles. I did have some soreness in my hips as the run went on, but nothing to really complain much about. Used 1 pack of sport beans along with about 20 ounces of Gatorade and 5 ounces of water during the run.
