After walking warmup. Run 10 minutes, walk 1 minute. It was tough to get up and out of bed for this run, mentally I was not with it, mostly due to the foot pain I have been experiencing this week. My foot hurt some, but after about a mile or so, it seemed to loosen up and while it didn't stop hurting totally, it really wasn't that bad. I also noticed that my right knee flared up again starting about halfway through this run. It was bothering me more on the run than my foot was. I do remember that the last time I ran this hill route, my knee acted up that day as well. This just reinforces that I need to keep up on the ice, stretching, and Alleve. All in all, I was pleased with this run, mostly just because I did it. I would have like to have been about 5 minutes faster, but it still wasn't bad.
