After walking warmup. Run 9 minutes, walk 1 minute. This run felt a little faster than some recent efforts. It felt slow at the start but after about 1 mile I made an effort to pick up the pace, and things went pretty good. My left foot was hurting some, in lower ankle area but not terrible.
