After walking warmup. Run 12 minutes, walk 1 minute. This run felt pretty good. The cooler weather seems to help a lot. Very, very slight soreness in my right Achilles during and after this run, but nothing bad. It is amazing to me that I am now to the point where 14 miles doesn't seem like a big deal.
