Notes
After walking warmup. Run 11 minutes, walk 1 minute. Pace was a little on the slow side, but this run felt good. I kept the course close to home as it was raining quite a bit of the time and I thought it might start to thunderstorm, so I wanted to be close to home in case it did. The rain felt good, and this run felt so much better than my last really long run. Not a great deal of soreness, just a long hard effort. I was really tired and sore the rest of the day, but not injured, just beat down from expending so much energy.
